My clients are those who seek to change their lives for the better and are ready to move forward, even when it's scary or difficult.

My goal is to provide competent support and foster your personal growth and self-improvement.

Our sessions will be confidential and comfortable for you.

We will start by identifying your needs and goals to understand what you are looking for in therapy and how I can best help you.

Consultations are conducted in a confidential format. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities.

The number of sessions needed to achieve your goals can vary depending on your request, but generally, clients undergo between 4 to 12 sessions. However, this depends on the complexity of the issue and individual needs.

During sessions, the psychologist may provide additional tasks or exercises to be completed between meetings to maximize your results. Each client receives individual support and understanding necessary for achieving mental well-being.
